HOLLY HILL’s Skilled Nursing Facility offers 24-hour professional care that includes Immediate Post-Op Sub-Acute Care, Short-Term Skilled Care, Intermediate Care and Rehabilitation Services. Specialized services provided by our qualified staff comprise of tracheotomy care, wound care, intravenous therapy, hospice care, and physical, occupation and speech therapies. An individualized Restorative Nursing Program provides a continuum of care for residents of HOLLY HILL, which allows them to maintain optimum functional levels when therapies are not warranted.
